On a bottle of Lucozade; "Lucozade should not be used to replace the fluids lost during diarrhoea." Personally, I don't really want to drink something that should be used that way. [00:47] |

could be wrong about the idea here but one of the issues with dysentery is dehydration. Since most of these "sports drinks" are supposed to quickly rehydrate the drinker these are often probably thought to be of use in that situation though I believe theya re not supposed to be due to either sugar content / and or some of the electrolyte additives I forget which it was. |

Were you really getting so much spam traffic that the new antispam feature is needed? |

Apparently Lucozade isn't really a sport drink (though there is also "Lucozade Sport"); supposedly it's not suitable because it doesn't have the salts in. And yes, when I got 160 spam comments overnight, that was when I finally got around to adding more antispam. It wasn't obvious to anyone but me because they were scattered through old posts and deleted within 12 hours, but yes, there were a lot. |

Ah at some random point I may need actually go through some of my old online content and see if anything has been added deleted or changed.... I tend to be a do something then for get about it for all eternity type of person so for all i know there could be rather alot of extra crap added if it was scattered in a similair fashion. |
