It looks a bit like an Atari 2600 sprite inflated tons and tons of times. A futuristic hovercar, perhaps. But the skulls suggest otherwise. Unless it's from some Atari 2600 game where you get a huge picture of your crashed futuristic hovercar where you die, and to illustrate that you crashed and died, lots of skulls are drawn blockily over the cockpit of your vehicle? That's a rather groovily grim get-around of censorship.
